Shaun was born and raised in the Lakes Region of NH. He has been married to Marci for 22 years and they have 5 children ages 7-19yrs.
Shaun & Marci feel called to the city of Laconia long-term and desire to see the Gospel of Jesus penetrate every conceivable component of life in Laconia!

Karl is originally from Lubbock, TX. He served in the National Guard for 6 years prior to relocating to Laconia in 2017 where he met Sarah, and the rest is history! Karl and Sarah now have one daughter (Sophie)! Karl is responsible for Youth Development and Celebrate Recovery at Water’s Edge!

Laura, her husband David and two daughters (Lydia and Jubilee) have been with Water’s Edge for approximately 18mos. Laura is a faithful wife, mother and business co-owner (with her husband). Laura has taken up the mantle of organizing and leading the children’s ministry at Water’s Edge and is our Deaconess in Charge of Children’s Spiritual Development.

David, his wife Laura (above) and two daughters (Lydia and Jubilee) have been with Water’s Edge for approximately 18mos. David is a faithful husband, father, avid biker (road bike!) and business co-owner (with his wife). David has taken up the mantle of bringing organization and structure to our small groups and entire spiritual growth process at Water’s Edge and has been appointed Deacon in charge of discipleship and outreach at Water’s Edge.

Dawn, her husband Dave and 6 children! have been with Water’s Edge for approximately 2 years. Dawn is a faithful wife, mother, an avid kayaker and devoted servant of the Lord. Dawn is responsible for Worship Experience at Water’s Edge.

Sharyn has been with Water’s Edge from the very beginning and has been a Celebrate Recovery leader for 6 years! Sharyn has been very well tested. She is the mother of 3 adult children, loving grandmother and true mentor of women. Sharyn is our Deaconess in charge of women’s healing and recovery at Water’s Edge.

Water's Edge is also guided by a board of carefully chosen directors who each help give direction and focus to Water’s Edge. Presently the board of directors consist of:

• Sharyn Littizzio (general board member)
• Karl Nunes (general board member)

In order to ensure a Biblical pattern of accountability for all at Water’s Edge, the following Regional Elders have been nominated to provide accountability and support directly to the Pastor . These Elders are not members at Water’s Edge and do not have any authority over the local decisions or direction of Water’s Edge as a congregation. Their sole role is to provide support and accountability directly to the Pastor.

If you have a concern with the Pastor that you feel you cannot bring to him directly, you are encouraged to reach out to the Regional Elders with your concerns.
