Shaun Dutile
Elder & Lead Pastor
Shaun was born and raised in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. He and his wife, Marci, have been married for 24 years and are raising their five children, ages 9–21. Shaun and Marci feel deeply called to the city of Laconia and remain committed to serving here long-term. They desire to see the Gospel of Jesus transform every part of life in our community.
Ken Peters
Elder
Ken has faithfully served Christ and His church for over 40 years. He loves the Lord, his wife Michelle, and his family, and has lived a consistent life of devotion to them all. The Holy Spirit led him to Water’s Edge, where he now serves as an elder and a witness for Christ in our community. We are grateful for his steady leadership and shepherding heart.
Karl Nunes
Associate Pastor & Youth Minister
Karl is originally from Lubbock, TX. He served in the National Guard for 6 years before relocating to Laconia in 2017, where he met his wife, Sarah. Karl and Sarah now have two daughters, Sophie and Chloe. Karl is responsible for Youth Development and Celebrate Recovery at Water’s Edge!
Morgan Gianferante
Communication Coordinator
Morgan manages communications and creative media at Water’s Edge, helping our church share its mission clearly and stay connected. She supports worship planning, oversees digital and print communication, and uses creativity and organization to serve the church and the city of Laconia.
Deacons & Deaconesses
Our deacons and deaconesses serve the church by meeting practical needs with compassion and humility. They support the physical and spiritual well-being of our church family, assist with care and outreach, and help ensure that the ministries of Water’s Edge run smoothly. Their heart for service reflects the love of Christ in action.
Ministry Leaders
Our ministry leaders help lead and organize specific areas of church life. They provide support, communication, and structure for their teams, ensuring that each ministry operates with clarity and purpose. By equipping volunteers and overseeing day-to-day details, they help our church carry out its mission effectively.
