Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program based on 8 Recovery Principles found in the Beatitudes of the Bible and the Christ-Centered 12-Steps.
By working the Christ-Centered Steps and applying their Biblical Principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others.
Celebrate Recovery meets every Friday night at the LifeQuest Church (115 Court St., Laconia, NH 03246)

Learn how to make soap from scratch while we Fellowship with each other. We use only vegetable oils ... and lye to make beautiful, creamy lathering soaps that are actually good for your skin. We incorporate essential oils and botanicals. A really fun craft to learn! We will go over the process, get familiar with the equipment needed, learn about different oils, safety with working with lye (sodium hydroxide) and how to create a formula, working with charcoal and essential oils. We'll make at least one batch of soap and handout the whole process from start to finish, properties of different vegetable oils, terminology of soap making.
We are looking forward to fellowship and-making soap with you. Please email WEwomenministry.forChrist@gmail.com to sign up while spots are available!

In the past 2 years we have seen many positive things happening in Laconia- things that many of you have had a hand in. There are times, granted, when it feels like we are fighting an uphill battle, but nevertheless encouraging things have happened.
To see transformation come to Laconia however, we believe, as do many of you, that there are some missing ingredients still needed!
On April 10 Marci and I are inviting a group of our friends and people we esteem highly in Laconia to a one-night informational meeting in which I will discuss the problems we are seeing in Laconia, the core issue that must be tackled in order to see long-term change in our city, and how specifically a new church can contribute to that change.
Please accept our invitation and mark the date on your calendar!
On December 4th we will kick-off our first Celebrate Recovery meeting in Laconia! It is our prayer that Celebrate Recovery can be a long-term ministry in Laconia to help people find freedom from their hurts, habits and hang-ups. Please join us on December 4th from 7-9p and every Friday evening thereafter.
Spread the word to your network of people!

Heroin is wreaking havoc on the lives of many people in the Lakes Region today. One cannot go far without someone bringing up the drug epidemic in NH. Many Lakes Region residents feel confused about the underlying causes of the problem and as a result uncertain about a long-term solution(s).
In this one-night rally Professional Counselor (M.A.,PC), Minister and Recovery leader Shaun Dutile will strive to help us a) understand the underlying problem(s) of addiction (what drives people to it and keeps them hooked) from a psychological, emotional and spiritual perspective, b) grieve loss properly, and c) identify a direction for our recovery efforts that leads to hope for our region.
- Understanding the Problem from a Psychological, Emotional and Spiritual Perspective
- Grieving Our Loss
- Helping Others Grieve Loss
- Moving Beyond Tragedy to Hope
If you find yourself confused, frustrated, overwhelmed or just saddened by the heroin epidemic in the Lakes Region, this seminar can help bring clarity and discernment for what you can do about it in your home, neighborhood and region. There will also be time at the end for Q&A!
*All proceeds go to the Water's Edge Church to help start Celebrate Recovery in Laconia!
Who Am I and What Am I For? This is a question every human being must find satisfactory answers to if he/she is to live a full life.
On Sunday evenings (bi-weekly) from 4-6p the Dutiles will have a guided discussion on personal identity and purpose! It will be philosophical and spiritual in nature and sure to be challenging conversation for all.
Where do you go to find answers to life's toughest questions? The internet? Books? School? The Bible? Do you wish there were some place nearby where these questions could be explored honestly and where satisfying answers could be found? This Summer Counselor and Minister Shaun Dutile will unpack 3 of the toughest subjects of life, giving you an opportunty to field difficult questions, all in time to get back to work!
Each week Shaun will humbly uncover one of the 3 areas below:
Wednesday July 15: Uncovering Meaning & Purpose
Wednesday July 22: Uncovering Identity
Wednesday July 29: Uncovering Hope
Shaun will probe many of the leading thinkers (both old and new) in each of the above areas and then describe the unique contribution Christianity makes to each of the 3 subjects above.
11:30a-12noon: Arrive & eat
Lunch Provided: $5 p/luncheon (pay at door)
12-12:50p: Continue eating, listen to teaching, Q&A
Minister and Counselor Shaun Dutile has been running Celebrate Recovery at the Belknap County Jail since September 2014. Since starting CR at the jail Shaun has become increasingly convinced of the need for a Christ-centered recovery program in the city-limits of Laconia. Inmates regularly ask him if there is a CR in Laconia they can be a part of when they get out. At this point the closest CR is in Loudon. (more)
